Terms and Conditions for Sandbank Holidays
A 33% deposit is payable at the time of booking. 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking when selected through an affiliate site i.e booking.com, Airbnb, Homeaway. Please ensure you read affiliate T&C’s.
Payment of the deposit is required within 24 hours of your initial booking, after this time Sandbank Holidays reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice.
The balance of your booking is due 4 weeks before your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance in full at this time will result in loss of the accommodation and deposit.
REFUND POLICY: Your deposit will secure your accommodation and is non-refundable. Cancellation will result in loss of deposit, however an additional admin fee may be charged. This charge may also apply to any amendments made by the customer to their original booking.
3.1 We are unable to provide cancellation insurance and we strongly recommend that you make independent arrangements in this regard.
3.2 If you have any concerns regarding your payment, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss your booking.
3.3 Sandbank Holidays reserve the right to alter the appearance of accommodation and may change furniture, décor, furnishings and layouts of properties at anytime throughout the season. These may differ from the photographs online. If you have any queries about your accommodation, please do not hesitate to contact a member of staff.
3.4 We are unable to rectify any issues the guest may have with the accommodation if the guest chooses to complain on departure or at a later date. Complaints cannot be effectively dealt with or any issues investigated/corrected at that time, therefore guests must inform us of any problems as soon as possible during their stay.
3.5 No refunds will be made should a guest complain on departure or at any time after departure.
No smoking is allowed anywhere within the accommodation. Smoking is allowed outside, but not near communal doors.
The number of persons occupying the accommodation shall not exceed the numbers of the party stated on the booking form.
Any faults or breakages must be reported as soon as possible to management.
We reserve the right to correct any typing or pricing errors, and prices on the website may vary from the brochure and affiliate sites.
The person responsible for the booking must be over the age of 21.
9.Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds: All children are welcome.
The maximum number of children’s cots/cribs per accommodation is 2.
10.No young single-sex groups will be accepted unless otherwise discussed with Management prior to booking.
11.WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
12.Free private parking is available on site for 1 car per reservation. If you require additional parking this needs to be reserved and charges may apply.
Dogs are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Owners must be responsible for their dogs and keep them under control. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture within the apartment. No other pets allowed.
The guest(s) shall leave the holiday accommodation in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday let.
Any faults or breakages must be reported as soon as possible to the management. (Charges may apply)
The owner and their representatives retain the right to enter the holiday accommodation at any time.
