This policy defines how we handle cancellations:
- If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. All bookings will be paid for in full 30 days prior to arrival.
This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements: 33 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking. Remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Non-payment will result in cancellation of booking.
We are unable to rectify any issues the guest may have with the accommodation if the guest chooses to complain on departure or at a later date. Complaints cannot be effectively dealt with or any issues investigated or corrected at that time, therefore guests must inform us of any problems as soon as possible during their stay. No refunds will be made should a guest complain on departure or at any time after departure.
Children and Extra Bed Policy

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed)
This policy defines if pets are allowed or not:
Dogs are allowed on request. Charges will be applicable. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and kept off furniture. No other pets allowed.
